Why have a website?
For me, there’s two reasons.
First, writing forces you to thoroughly examine a concept or idea.
I very much intend to write to learn not to teach.
The second reason is for a space to record and organize experiences.
Over time I've begun to realize the benefit of writing things down.
There are so many lessons in life that no matter how wise you become there's always more to learn & remember.
When you work on fast paced early stage companies you learn something almost everyday.
There are small points and big themes.
You also do A LOT.
How do you recall it all?
Your memory fails you more often than you think.
If you do recall, its typically not as accurate as you’d like to believe. Here’s more on that if you think you have a stellar memory.
This space is my attempt to write things down and in turn explore them more and iterate over time.
It will help in organizing thoughts and past experiences to call upon them in the future.
Making them public gives me the benefit of your perspective.
If nothing else, it gives me some content for my digital footprint. That is important now right?
